Boys Perpetrating Hallowe’en “Cow Case” Under
"The cow in the school house case” was taken up in the Pulaski juvenile court by Judge Pentecost recently, in the presence of the eight lads who come under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, with their parents as guardians. These boys were all placed under probation by the court, which makes each of them accountable for their conduct until they are 21 years of age. Thirteen lads were implicated in the “joke.” Eight of them were under 17 years of age and the court order further provides that they must remain away from the streets and loafing places after 8 o’clock in the evening and be at their respective homes on school nights. As to the five other boys beyond the reach of the juvenile court, their cases "were turnd over to the prosecuting attorney. Just what will be done in regard to them has not been determined.
