Dave Gleason held a public sale Tuesday. Fred Coberly was a Wheatfield visitor Tuesday. t George Marr transacted business at the county seat Monday. John Eigler is erecting some additional buildngs on his farm. H. W. Marble, of Wheatfield, was a business visitor "here Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Dolsen, of Chicago, are here this week visiting. A 1 Konovsky has been at the bedside of a sick brother in Chicago this week. Effie Fairchild, of Monon, visited relatives from Thanksgiving to Saturday here. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hart autoed Sunday to Hobart for a visit with relatives and friends. James Erwin, Chas. Curtain and Bert Struble attended Masonic lodge at Wheatfield Monday evening, Mrs. H. S. Hewitt and daughter returned Monday evening from a visit since Thanksgiving with her homefolks at Bippus, Ind. Mr. and Mrs. James Doty, of Shelby, spent Thanksgiving here at the home of their daughter, Mrs. Bert Struble and family. * Last Friday evening a party of so r cial friends met at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Williams, the occasion being the first anniversary of their marriage. The evening was spent in playing progressive- Pedro and other amusements and those who were there said they sat down to an elegant supper that was fit for the kings. All enjoyed themselves until about 3 a.m.
