Alf Donnelly has purchased of the William Baker heirs forty-five acres of timber land in Barkley township near the Chapman farm. The price paid was $76 an acre. The land adjoins a tract of timber land already owned by Mr. Donnelly and lies near the Gifford ditch, with good drainage.
