Boswell was robbed by night burglars Thursday night, probably by the same gang that robbed Brookston the night before. Five stores were entered and about SSO in money secured. Bruner at Hebron, but prior to that time he had spent about five years along the western coast from points in Old Mexico clear through to Canada. He works as a carpenter and has traveled about, staying only a short time in one place. F. W. Tobias is to be the local agent for the American Express Co. and is today learning the business. The placing of C. N. Cravens, of Tipton, in the job was only temporary. Mr. Tobias is fully qualified for the position and will give the very best of satisfaction to the public. There is nothing new in the alleged embezzlement of the former agent, Walter Gehr and he is not under arrest. The agents, who have been investigating the books, however, state that he is about SI,OOO short in his accounts.
