At just 20 minutes of 11 o’clock Monday night Miss Sophia Schmidt, a German girl who was spending the night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Eigelsbach, heard some one raise the window to her bedroom and she gave a loud scream and the intruder was frightened away. *lhe girl’s alarm v awoke "Mr. and Mrs. Eigelsbach and Henry got the shotgun and went in search of the intruder but could find no traces of him.
