TO DRIVERS AND OWNERS OF AUTOMOBILES.

If you want to comply with the state laws and city ordinance it will be necessary to observe the following admonitions, sny one of which, if violated, subject you to arrest and prosecution in the automobile court: Do not drive faster than the law allows. Do not permit your exhaust to smoke. Do not keep your muffler open at any time or place. ' Do not drive on the wrong side of the street. Please do: Always drive on the right side of the street. Pass all vehicles on the left. Observe the traffic laws strictly. Report to the mayor all speeders. Procure and study the city ordinances and the laws of the state pertaining to vehicles.
