M. Said sale will be made subject to the approval of said court and for not less than full appraised value of said real estate, and upon the following terms and conditions: At least one-third of the purchase money cash in hand, balance in two equal installments, payable in not to exceed nine and eighteen months, or all cash. Deferred payments, if any, evidenced by notes of the purchaser bearing 6 per cent interest from date, waiving relief and with attorney’s fees and secured by mortgage on the real estate sold.
