Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Ind., will on October 11th, 1915, at 8 o’clock p. m., at the council chamber receive, sealed bids for the construction of an 8 and 10 inch sewer on W. Washington, Jackson and Elza streets, according to plans and specifications on file in city clerk’s office. Bidders will be required to accompany their bids with certified check in the sum of SIOO as evidence that they will enter into contract. The council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
