It stimulates all secretions and its effect is strong upon the liver and kidneys. A teaspoonful of garlic juice and sugar will generally ward off an oncoming cold. Garlic eaters have good skins, for garlic is excellent in treating eruptions of /all sorts. Those races that use much garlic in their food are those that are least susceptible to tuberculosis.
