ONCE-OVERS

How to keep your friends: Abstain from continually asking far vors. Don’t expect them to uphold you when you are in the wrong. Don’t be a sponge. If you must borrow, return the borrowed article promptly. Abandon the idea that at all times they should be willing to lend you money without any sort of security. Check a desire you may have to ask them to give work to some of your relatives or "sons of your friends.” When you see an opportunity to do them a good turn, do not be backward about accepting it . Refrain from happening in at all times of day or night, and if you should call at an unseasonable hour do not be offended if they have to leave you to yourself.
