Combination Cap and Bag.

A combination bathing cap and bag is made either in rubberized cotton or silk fabric, in black and white stripes, in colored stripes and in Scotch plaids. The bag is made in double-tier effect the upper portions being attached to the lower by means of a heading on an elastic band.
