To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Renseselaer, Indiana, that on the 9th day of August, 1915, it approved an assessment roll showing the prima facie assessments for the following described improvement, as authorized by improvement No. 119. Said improvement is for the oiling of the following named streets, to-wlt: - Cullen and Forest streets from Walnut street south to Cornelia street, Cullen street from Rutsen to Grace street; Vine street from Meyers avenue to Main street; Elm street from Forest street to Main street; Clark street from Forest street to College avenue; Susan street from Main street to Van Rensselaer street; Angelica street from Main street to Van Rensselaer street; Division and Main streets from north side right of way C. I. & L. R. R. to Cornelia street; \Veston and Dayton streets from Elm street to Cornelia street. Persons interested in or affected by said described public improvement are hereby notified that the Common Council of said city has fixed August 23, 1915, as a date upon which remonstrances will be received or heard, against the amount assessed aginst each. piece of property described in said roll and Will determine the question as to whether such lots or tracts of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said roll, or in a greater or less sum than that named on said roll. . • Said assessment roll showing said prima facie assessments, with the names of owners and descriptions of property subject to be assessed, is on file and may be seen at the office of the clerk of said city.
