TO Whom It May Concern: 'Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rentaelaer, Indiana, that on the 28th day of June, 1915, it adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 124, for the vacation of Elm Street in Benjamin & McGee’* Addition to said city from the east line of Lucina Street to the West line of Sumner-Street. The Common Council of said city has fixed the 24th day of July, 1915, as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or presented by persons interested in, or affected by, said proposed vacation, as above described, and on said day, at 8 o'clock p. m., said Common Council will meet in the council Chamber for the purpose of considering and hearing any remonstrance which may have been filed or presented, and for the purpose of taking final action thereon.
