The Common Council of said city has fixed the 24th day of July, 1915, as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or presented by persons interested in, or affected by, said proposed vacation, as above described, and on said day, at 8 o'clock p. m., said Common Council will meet in the council Chamber for the purpose of considering and hearing any remonstrance which may have been filed or presented, and for the purpose of taking final action thereon.
