w. S. Coen enjoyed a visit Monday from his daughter, Miss Clara, of Bloomington, 111., and his sons, Albert and Ben, the former of Berwyn, HL, and the latter of Ft. Collis, Colo., who is taking some summer college work at Wisconsin University. Their father is quite old and has been in poor general health for some time, although able to be up most of the time. - - . . Notice to Non-Residents. The State of Indiana, Jasper County, as: In the Jasper Circuit Court to September Term, 1915. Alva Hall vs. • Bertha Hall. Complaint No. 8442. Now comes the plaintiff, by W. H. Parkinson, his attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendant, Bertha Hall, is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant that unless she be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court, to be holden on the second Monday of September A. D. 1915 at the court house in Rensselaer, in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be beard and determined in her absence.
