Evening Republican, Volume 19, Number 158, Rensselaer, Jasper County, 6 July 1915 — Fresh fish at Osborne’s. [ARTICLE]
Fresh fish at Osborne’s.
Although wheat cutting has been going on since last Thursday it was not until today that all seemed to be getting into the fields. The harvest will be the greatest ever gathered in this county. Rich in its golden cplor, the fields are stacked with the heaviest shocks in history and the heads are filled with large solid grains. The oats also is heavy and will produce the best of any oats crop in this county for many years. The result should be a very prosperous period for trade and Rensselaer merchants should begin to advertise extensively in anticipation of it.
