Armenian Tried to Evade German Wasp.

Report has reached the United States that the steamer Armenian, which was sunk by a German submarine and 19 lives lost, 11 of whom were Americans, received orders to halt before it was torpedoed. If this proves to be the case the Germans did not violate any international law. The president hds instructed the state department to make a thorough investigation of facts surrounding the sinking of the ship and no action will be taken at present.
