Siegel Now in Cell.

Henry Siegel, the former department store merchant of New York city, is now in the Monroe county penitentiary at Rochester, New York, where he began to serve his ten months sentence fallowing his conviction of misdemeanor, the charge growing out of his failure of his enterprise. At the jail doors Siegel broke down and wept.
