Wills of Wm. Webb and Reuben Zimmerman Filed.
The wills of William Webb, of Walker township, and Reuben Zimmerman, of Remington, have been filed for probate. Mr. Webb’s will was made March 15, 1913, and was signed by George W. Ferguson and Frank W. Johnson os witnesses. It provides that after all just debts are paid that all of his property and everything of value shall go to his wife during her life. Thereafter to be divided among his children as follows: To Vick Webb, William Webb, James Webb, Lizzie Webb Makeever and Champ Monroe each $5, and the balance if there be any to his son, Herbert. Isaac Knapp was appointed executor. The Zimmerman will was made March 14, 1913, and Ellis Jones and George W. Jones s signed it as witnesses. It provides for the payment of all just debts and legal charges and then to his wife, Carolina Zimmerman, all, property, both real and personal wherever situated, to have and hold during her natural life, except the household goods, which are given to his daughter, Daisy Zimmerman Devoogt. * After the death of his wife he gives to his five children, namely, William H. Zimmerman, Hall V. Zimmerman, Daisy Zimmerman Devoogt, Harry Zimmerman and Laura Zimmerman Junk, share and share alike all of his property, both real and personal. William H. Zimmerman and Hall V. Zimmerman are named executors without bond.
