NOTICE TO CONTACTORS.

Sidewalk north side Washing-ton Street.

Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of Rensselaer, Ind., win on May 24th. 1915, at 8 o’clock p. m. at the council chamber in the court house, receive sealed bids for the lowering and construction of a sidewalk on the northerly side of Washington Street from Front Street westerly to the river bridge as provided by Resolution No. 115, adopted July 27th, 1914. and according to plans and specifications therefor now on file in the office of the Clerk Of ß S id<?ere *must accompany their bids with a certified check or bond in the sum of 8100.00 as evidence of good faith. The Council reserves the right to reject any or all blds. Bids may be filed with the clerk on or before said data. CHAS. MORLAN, City Clerk. How about the porch boxes?
