Ernest Moore is home from Purdue for a few days’ visit with his parents. The Purdue circus is being held today and all students are given a holiday. The Sons of Veterans will meet this evening and their part of the Memorial liay work will be arranged and a full attendance of members is urged. John McCurtain, of Union township, has been in jail for several days. His wife alleges that he threatened to kill her and an action was started before Squire Delos Dean to place him under a peace bond and the case sent to the circuit court fotr trial.
