T Amsterdam, Holland. —A Brussels dispatch to the Telegraaf says that all former employees of the Belgian government in the post and telegraph departments, as well as other branches of the government, have resumed work after signing a declaration that they will refrain from acts prejudicial to Germany. A German administrator has been appointed for each department. .
