Everybody invited. The Meyers divorce case was started Thursday afternoon and at noon today the plaintiff was on the stand and her testimony only partially completed. Several others had testified in her behalf. In order to take up a state case, so that the jury could be excused to go home, the Meyers case was delayed until 3 o’clock, when it will be resumed.
