New Penal Farm a Great Place.

The new penal farm at Greencastle is a great place. The honor system is used entirely and none of the guards carry guns. The prisoners could easily escape but are warned that if they do they will get a trip to the penitentiary. The farm is composed of 1,500 acres. It is hilly and all the buildings are placed on the highest points of the farm. Gangs of workmen are sent out alone and the men with ability are made straw bosses.
