Violence in Chicago Strike.

Violence in the form df slugging non-union workmen was resorted to by the strikers. A moving picture show was partially wrecked. The leaders of both sides are making an effort to end the strike. The union carpenters have indicated their willingness to submit their side of the dispute to arbitration.
