Mr. and Mrs. H. G. Clark and her mother, Mrs. Barton, of Mt. Ayr, came to Rensselaer this morning and met an agent of the state orphans’ home, who brought a bright looking little boy narped Charles Langwell to them to be tried by them and if satisfactory to be given a permanent home. i
