Mrs. J. W.,Medicus has purchased of Virgil Demnistan his lot in Fred Phillips Fair View addition and will erect a good house there this summer. It will be for renting purposes. Mr. Dennis top plans to go to Montana and take up a government calim. Frank Cox expects to go with him.
