Cozard Gets 5 Year Term.

M. W. Cozart and tnree others were sentenced by the federal court in -Aberdeen, Miss. The men were found guilty of improper use of the mails. They were the promoters of the Tishomingo Tie Co., and their troubles arose through their efforts to fleece the public with their stock. They were successful in Indiana and fflinois end several business men of Lafayette were also swindled on the proposition. <■
