Daniels Blamed for Loss of F-4.

Representative Gardner, of Massachusetts, gave a dinner Saturday night to teh reserve army of the U. S. Mr. Gardner in a speech referred to the recent loss of the F-4, which he characterized as a grewsome comment of Secretary Daniels’ policy of peaceful persuasion and preparedness. He stated that the loss of life on the F-4 was due to the neglect of Secreary Daniels.
