Officer, He’s In Again.

Gene Purtelle, notorious traction line promoter is busy again. Word has been received at his home in Tipton that Gene is now operating at Hamilton, Ohio, where he is trying to build a traction line from Hamilton to Richmond, ’ and says that if he ever gets it through he will have one of the best traction lines in the country. Gene is president of the defunct Tipton and Frankfort traction company and say l * that he will build the road yet and redeem himself in the eyes of the public and show them what Btick-to-it-ite-ness will accomplish. He bases his failure in &is instance to the European war. Gene was also the promoter of the first proposed traction line which now runs through our beautiful little city.
