Saloon Bill Wins in Wisconsn.

v By a vote of 48 to 37 the lower house of the Wisconsin legislature passed the Stemper bill to change the Baker saloon law legalizing nearly 1,000 saloons in the state, of which 203 are in Milwaukee.
