New York’s Monster Cheese.

To make the monster cheese that New York state will exhibit at the Panama-Pacific exposition took a whole day’s supply of milk' for 25 cheese factoriep—lo6,6oo pounds in all. The cheese is more than six feet in diameter, nearly five feet high and weighs between five and six tons. The. mound in which it was made was built up of galvanized iron hoops.
