PROCLAMATION.

Attention is called to section 3271 R. S. 1914: KILLING ROAMING DOG. —"If any dog shall be found roaming over the country unattended by his master or owner, or his owner’s agent, it shall be lawful to kill such dog.” Notice is hereby given that the marshal of the city of Rensselaer from and after thia date will kill any dog found roaming the streets of the city of Rensselaer unattended by his master or owner, or his owner’s agent.
