Orvil Bringle, of Fair Oaks, a graduate of Rensselaer high school and who was recently appointed a clerk in the Rensselaer postoffice, has been made the carrier on Rural Route No. 3, at .Remington, succeeding Clyde Reeve, who resigned to move to New T York.
