Jasper Counity Gets Judgment Against Winamac Bridge Co.

At Grown Point‘Monday a judgment was given in favor of Jasper county and against the Winamac Bridge Co. for $450. Following the eonviction of Bader, the agent of the company, who was held responsible for the false elalm filed, suit was started against the company, whieh had -been paid in full for the bridge which proved to be constructed of much lighter unv terial than the specifications called for. The case was sent to Lake county on change of venue and the above judgment secured. Other bridges constructed by the company during the time Bader was representing it, were also reported short of the specification requirements and it is possible suit will be ‘begun to collect for that shortage also.
