H. H. Robinson, Chairman of the publicity committee of the Chicago Motor Club in a letter addressed (to the Main Garage, this city, states that it will pass through Rensselaer on May 31st on its return trip from Indianapolis. The fetter also states that It is probable that they will require no accommodations in thi® city; pobably, except to replenish supplies of oil and gasoline They will night over at Mudlavia and Lafayette The letter then says: “Your city would suit us better if you bad the hotel accommodations to* offer, but our party Will be a large one and it Win take a lot of rooms to hold, us all” The letter goes on to state that several cities through .which the club will (pass on the trip are planning (to boost their town .by giving penants, armbands, etc., appropriately printed. The letter says that the crowd win be the most enthusiastic motorists in the country.
