Elmer B. Smith Property Sold alt Auction Saturday.

Elmer B. Smith, ,the cement contractor, sold his three residence ■"properties at auction last Saturday and they -went at very low figures. Hiram Day purchased the fine new cement house just north of the Harrington elevator, paying $2,425 for it lie also purdh'ased the small cement house, near by; for $375. The old home property dn the northeast part of town, was purchased by Henry Amsler for $1,125. The large cement house is finely finished on the inside, having a thoroughly adequate heatinJg plant and being modern in all respects. It is said to have cost more than $5,000 to build less than five years ago.
