George Brayton, International Salesman, Died Last Saturday.
Friends of George Brayton in this eity will be shocked to learn of his death last Saturday at Kankakee, 111., where he had been living for some time. Mr. Bnayton wtas a block man for the International Harvester 00., and prior to hiĀ® removal from Lafayette and Kankakee had been in charge of the block composed of Jasper, White, Benton, Newton and Lake counties, and last December wtas again given this Mock. He was 47 years of age and a man of exemplary habits and a winning personality. Pipbably he was the best known and most popular of the bloctomen who have had this territor. He leaves a wife and three children, aged 18, 12 and 9 years. Rheumatism hat weakened him and .tonsilitfia followed, causing death.
The funeral was held at Kankakee today, Monday, and L. H. Hamilton and Harry Newman, the latter an International salesman who makes his home at the Makeever house, attended the funeral. Mr. Brayton had arranged to move to this city and was to have occupied the J. T. Randle property where O. F. Barker lives, when the latter moves to his new home.
