Mrs. A. 15, (Miller, wife of the Lee blacksmith, is reported very low and her death expected almost any day. A movement is on foot to consolidate the superior, criminal, probate, juvenile and police courts in Indianapolis. Apparently this would result in economy, but the measure provides salaries aggregating $3,000 more per year than they now cost separately. Verily economy is a hard thing to secure through a state legislature. President Wilson insists that prosperity is at our door. When he was elected prosperity was not only at the door, but in the house and in the factory and all around. But he and his party proceeded Immediately to kick it out, and it does not look as if it could be beckoned back under a democratic administration, says the Philadelphia Press. , v - ' J. H. Trustee Wood will move to the, house belonging to his father, which is now occupied by Dr. Loy, who is looking for a house Reynolds will be the next attraction at the high school, the game to be played Thursday evening of this week. Reynolds holds the championship of White county. Reynolds met St. Joe at the armory last week and were overwhelmed by the speedy collegians, but promise to give the locals a harder tussle Rensselaer showed a great reversal of form against Montieello and should ring up some victories from now on. Two girl teams will also play. The locals go to Hammond March sth and 6th, where they will contest for the right to go to Bloomington. Crawfordsville, Lebanon, Milan, Wingate Rochester and Anderson continue to set a dizzy place and the title of state champions will probable be bestowed one of these four. Crawfordsville rules the favorite to cop the rag.
