Parties were married October 21, 1894, and complaint avers that about two years ago defendant became infatuated with one and lived with her in state of adultery. H. L Sammons, attorney for plaintiff. Eva Myers vs. Everett Myers. Suit for divorce. Parties married Sept., 1912, and separated Jan. 10, 1915. Complaint alleges cruel and inhuman treatment and that defendant is a habitual drunkard and asks for the custody of their thirteen months old child. It is understood that this case will be contested.
