D. W. Waymire Indicted by Newton County Grand Jury.

Daniel W. Waymire, whose standing as a citizen in this community is of the highest order, was recently indicted by the Newton county grand jury on the ground of perjury. He appeared in Kentland the first of the week and gave bond in the sum of 2500 for his appearance when the case comes to trial. It is understood the alleged perjury was committed in a private case between Mr. Waymire and W. C. Pruett, of Jordan township, tried some months ago in Kentland.
