Smith returned to Chicago this morning after a visit of several days with her brother-in-law, Michael Kuboski, who has been quite sick with pneumonia and septic troubles. He recently returned from Uraguay, South America, where he had been working 'or some time as a civil engineer for a railroad company. Kniman to Have Church Social. The Ladies’ Aid Society of the Kniman church will serve supper on Thursday evening, Jan, 28th, for 15 cents. In the evening a social will be held. The public is cordially invited.
