Luce Bartoo, for an accounting and a dissolution of the partnership, known as the Auto Sales Company, of Remington, Indiana, and for the appointment of a receiver. The complaint alleges that as such partners the parties have been conducting a garage in Remington and that during the time of the partnership, a period of about two and one-half years, they have sustained a loss of about $3,000. Application was made to Judge Hanley, sitting at Kentland, for the appointment of a receiver, to take possession of the assets of the compahy and make immediate sale of same and reduce all of the assets and effects of the company to cash. The application was heard on Wednesday and the court appointed Charles A. Bonner as receiver, but directed him to take charge and conduct the business in the usual way until the case could be heard here in the circuit court. Jasper Guy appeared tor the plaintiff and Philip R. Blue ap-* peared for the defendant in the hearing for the appointment of a receiver. This is the largest garage in Remington, situated on the main business street in the Gilbert building. The action for accounting will be heard in the Jasper circuit court at the February term.
