Monticello Journal. The Carroll county commissioners have granted the petition of Clem Reynolds and others for a stone road running east from Tioga bridge to Huh school, then north to the county line. The petition was filed four years ago and has had quite a stony road to travel. Attorney Geo. W. Kassabaum represented the petition'd s.
