Defends American Boys. Mrs. Joseph Gazzam of Philadelphia says that when she was in Berlin and Dresden she heard much criticism of the way in which Americans coddle their boys, and the Germans declared that if ever the Americans expected to do any fighting they must change their methods of training boys.
