Body of Mel Mudge, of Lowell, Found in the Kankakee.

The body of Mel Mudge, of Lowell, .was fiished out of the Kankakee river near Winter Valley, Tuesday. Hi® boat had been found over-, turned the day before. Mudge was abouit 40 years of age and is reported to have been very dissipated.
