Pineapple Salad.

Cut- a ripe, mellow pineapple Into slices, pare each slice and remove the eyee. Sprinkle lightly with sugar and allow to stand a few hours to extract the juice. Drain and to the slices add dne-half as much grapefruit, tort apple or seeded Malaga grapes. Arrange on lettuce leaves. Dress with mayonnaise and decorate with halved grapes or candied cherries.
