Theatres Will Have To Pay War Tax.

Under the provisions of the war revenue law just enacted by congress all theatres will be required to pay an annual war tax. The two moving picture theatres in Rensselaer, with a Seating capacity not exceeding 250, will be required to pay $25 annually each. The opera house, which has a seating capacity exceeding 500, will be required to pay SSO per annum.
