One of the finest dining cars running on any railroad passing through Indiana has just been turned out of the coach department of the Monon shops, and is now in service on the Air Line, between Indianapolis and Chicago. It is known as diner No. 151 and is seventy feet in length. It is a steel frame car and steel lined. The interior is finished in Cuban mahogany. The appointments are elegant throughout. It was designed by Lloyd B. Morehouse, chief draftsman of the shops, and has large platforms. The diner is electric lighted by a generator that gets its power from the axle, and is also superheated. It is furnished with Brussels carpets and is attracting a great deal of attention along the road. The building of the new diner is a eredit to the skilled workmen employed in the coach department at the shops
