Chicken Cooked in Cream.

Prepare young chicken as for fricassee. Roll In flour, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay In buttered pan closa together. Cover with sweet, rich cream and bake until cream la nearly all cooked away, and top of chicken la nicely browned. Chicken must ba young and tender for this.
