NOTICE TO COMTBACTOBS. Letting of Cement Sidewalk. Notice Is hereby given that the Common Council of Rensselaer, Ind., will, on the 12th day of October, 1914, receive sealed bids for the construction of a cement sidewalk along and over the following route, to-wit: Commencing on the east side of Yeoman avenue at the north corporation line and from thence south to Merritt street and from thence to the west side of Main street at the northeast corner of block 5, in Weston’s second add. to the City, and from thence south to the southeast corner of block 15 in said addition except where walk is already in. Said walk to be made according to plans and specifications now on file in City Clerk’s office and according to the provisions of Resolution No. 10#, adopted on the 13th day of October, 1913. .Prof. Frank W. Bryant, of Greenfield, will this week take up his new duties as a manual training Instructor In Purdue university. He accepted the position at a lower salary than he was offered at Greenfield, because the opportunities for advancement are larger.
